Gerard Haskins brings over a decade of legal experience representing clients in real estate, estate planning, and matrimonial matters, with a particular focus on the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. He provides sophisticated counsel on residential and commercial real estate transactions, succession planning, asset protection, wills, and trusts. In his matrimonial practice, Gerard represents clients in divorce and family law matters and also serves as a matrimonial mediator, offering discreet, efficient, and strategic resolutions to sensitive disputes.

Gerard earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2007 and began his career handling business and personal legal matters before concentrating his practice on wealth-focused legal planning. His broad legal background enables him to provide clients with comprehensive, forward-looking solutions that protect assets, minimize risk, and preserve legacies across generations.

Gerard is known for his discretion, strategic thinking, and commitment to delivering personalized legal strategies that reflect each client’s unique financial and family dynamics.
